First Fully-Staged Developmental Production

PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER

Duties

Specific Job Responsibilities: 

- Ran auditions and callbacks in person at the University, while also providing a link to the creative team to attend via Zoom. 

- Ran all rehearsals (in-person), abiding by all COVID protocols that were ever-changing. 

- Tracked all line changes in the script and distributed them to the cast. These were often distributed along with the rehearsal reports and daily calls. 

- Called the show from the booth, including around 250 light cues, 50 sound cues, and 1 deck cue. Maintained communication with the music director, backstage and run crew, the two board operators, and the follow spot operators.
