Specific Job Responsibilities: 

- Managed auditions and callbacks while maintaining a schedule, assisting our guest director while he was in the space and making sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. 

- Assisted in the rehearsal room wherever possible, while co-stage manager Tom Humes ran breaks and maintained the room. 

- Took notes during production meetings and had them sent out to the design and production team. 

- During tech rehearsals, maintained an efficient and safe rehearsal room as we added in technical elements, weapons, fights, lifts, and falls. 

- Maintained a double cast for our two lead roles, while also juggling covers and understudies in the cast, leading to split tracks if one were to go on. 

- Ran put in rehearsals, putting in three actors during the run of the show, as two actors were our for multiples shows. 

- As covers/understudies were put in, we also had to maintain the safety of any fights and lifts, some of which has to be reworked to move smoothly.

- Called the show, including light cues, spot cues, sound cues, deck cues, and fly cues. 

- All cues were called verbally, except to our musical director at the top of each act, and to our A1/Mixer. These were called via cue light system. 

- Calling Script was a splice between the Score and Libretto, made digitally through GoodNotes. The show was called via an iPad.
