Specific Job Responsibilities: 

- Oversaw rehearsals and general communication, to prepare for a reading at the conclusion of the week. 

- Managed breaks and any questions and notes that came up from the resident artists and passed them along to the local Cleveland Play House (CPH) team about the venue, contract requirements, etc. 

- Managed a final rehearsal in the event space to prepare for the public reading and rest of the operation.
